Terms of Use

These terms are between you and STVCK, 125 City Rd, London, EC1V 2NX ("we"). By using the STVCK app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to the app download.

1. What STVCK is

STVCK shows stock signals for trading-card products at UK retailers, lets you watch products and receive alerts, and lets you share your collection with other members. Stock information comes from retailer feeds we are permitted to use and from members. It is informational only. We do not guarantee availability, price or that an alert arrives in time. Always check with the retailer before travelling or buying.

2. Your account

Give accurate details and keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Subscriptions

STVCK Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through Apple. The price is shown in the app before purchase. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Features included may change with notice.

4. Community rules

You keep ownership of what you post and give us a licence to display it in the app. Do not post content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, sexual, misleading about stock, or that reveals someone else's personal data. We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content and block members in the app.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload or attempt to bypass the service's protections, resell alerts, or use the app to break a retailer's terms or any law.

6. Our liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed purchases, lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 4 to 8 survive.

8. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may use their local courts). Contact: support@stvck.co.uk.
